Hi there,

Recently I was sent a Euros Mastercard fom my bank and I'd like to use it for payments from SmartCat.

However, whenever I try to enter the usual Mastercard details I get an error - previously I used a Visa card and that worked fine but it was in GBP, so not so great when the change rate is not in my favour.

Has anyone else had the same problem? If so, how did you resolve it?

The people who can help you out with this the most is Smartcat's Support team. Write to them at support@smartcat.ai and they'll see to it, alright? :)
